CSG offers business support for services provider

On Dec. 9th, CSG 2004 China Technology Forum was held. As a provider of next generation billing and customer management solution, CSG System focuses on cable TV, satellite life broadcasting, IP service, next generation mobile phone service and phone market.

Currently, service provider has to reduce cost and brings out new business for survival. CSG Systems released new product "Kenan FX"system, it not only reduces operation cost, also supports any service at same time. The system has been used in Beijing telecom successfully.

Sonus dedicates on the VoIP network connection

On Dec. 15^th, 2003, Sonus that is the leader of soft switch devices provider announced the new functions would be added in their Open Service Architecture (OSA) and voice architecture solution.

The voice network based on packaged-switch has operated for a long time and there are many IP islands on the market. Sonus thought it is time to connect them together now. The new network boundary switch made by Sonus will help to implement the connection.

12333 hot line open

The Beijing labor guarantee hot line 12333 was opened to Beijing citizen on Dec., 16th, 2003.

It was the one of 60 things that Beijing government did in 2003 for citizen.

There are 40 agents in the call center. They provide 24 hours free services for customer by phone, fax, Internet, mobile communication and IVR technologies. The 120 accessing lines, 70 IVRs and 10 fax channels build the service architecture to satisfy the requirement from every field. Every city will provide 12333 service in China before the end of 2004.
