ECE purchases India Call Center

ECE Holdings，a supplier serving for technology outsourcing support and customer service announces recently that it will purchase Iseba, it is outsourcing service provider in India. This transaction is expected to be finished within 45 days. ECE is a part of family property of investment company HIG. And Iseba has branches in Dallas, Texas and Bangalore of India.

CEO Toni Portmann of ECE said in the statement: "This move will promote ECE breaking away from the simple situation that relies on U.S.A.'s native country, the overseas branches of Europe and India can support the existing and potential customer."
