ICBC took the lead in put out roam service for 95588 telephone bank

The press spokesman of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) announced in Beijing recently, ICBC has already put out roam service for 95588 telephone bank formally in the whole country in the end of 2003. According to the reporter's understanding, ICBC is the first business bank which provides this service, it is an invention in the domestic Call-center field. It will be more convenient for the customer to use the bank of the telephone in the future.

At introduction, base on the roam service, no matter a customer of ICBC, no matter the customer is anywhere too, there is a cell-phone or the regular telephone at one's side, he/she dials 95588 directly and press "8" to choose "roam business", input the customer area code of the residence, can roam and return customer's residence, handle various kinds of telephone banking business, such as telephone consulting, complaining, transferring accounts, paying the fees, foreign exchange trading of bank, etc.. So, bring real convenience and material benefit to customer. The customer is on business, life of traveling etc will be more convenient.
