　　On February 9, 2004, the Pakistani telecommunications company (TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY LIMITED of PAKISTAN, is abbreviated as PTCL) announced, chose Huawei Tech Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of CDMA 450M network that covers whole Pakistan exclusively as its strategic cooperative partner, offer a solution to the whole net, the first stage of capacity is 220,000 lines. This is another important cooperation of both sides. Before the both sides cooperated at high level national DWDM key network, the whole country PSTN intelligent network, international pass offices, synthesize access network, etc.

　　After this project implementation, this CDMA 450 network will cover the national most areas of Pakistan, offer the high-quality voice service and data business, and the prepaid telephone, wireless public phone, short message business.

　　Yahoo company, the famous portal of the Internet in U.S.A. and its cooperative partner's, Sprint that runs wireless communication announced formally that Yahoo will puts out the strengthens edition of instant communication service to the users of Sprint's PCS Vision wireless access service. PCS Vision service of Sprint can improve the access speed of Internet equivalents to the telephone line's. Its laptop online speed is faster by one time than the telephone line.

The vice president of Yahoo broadband and mobile service department, Doug Garland said, "We are serving and change the impression that the user surf the Net and chat with friend through our mobile products.
