Citibank 126 million dollars holding e-Serves of India

  Citibank group of U.S.A. spends 126 million dollars in order to obtain the complete shareholding of e-Serve International that is an IT service company of India on Monday.

  This huge company of banking has already purchased e-Serve 44% of the stock rights through its department of overseas investment. e-Serve company lying in India Bombay said when being in Bombay's stock exchange of notice, Citibank will get 100% shareholding of e-Serve.

  The customer of e-Serve spreads all over 25 countries, such as U.S.A., Britain and Australia, etc.. Offering service of call centre, trade to deal with and data management, etc., Total amount of company clerks is about 4500 people. This purchasing of Citibank is similar to another purchasing of IBM at last week. IBM spends 150 to 200 million dollars to purchase Daksh of India.

  Many U.S.A. company prepare to transfer their business, such as inquiring, customer service and trade handling to some companies of India by their own subsidiary or the third parties. They do it in this way because of economizing cost.
