Global Magnates sign contract with 95 Info Inc.
Jiuwu exploits new field of call center
Recently, world renowned international corporation-Epson (China) Co.
Ltd. has signed a project outsourcing contract with the leading company
of global call center--- 95 Info regarding the cooperation of Epson hotline
service center project. The reason for Epson to choose Jiuwu is aiming
at enhancing its customer service level through the high-quality and personalized
service of Jiuwu Professional Call Center. As for Jiuwu, the contract
with Epson helps it to expands a new application field in call center
industry. It is the first "Call-in" customer service project
of Jiuwu after it won the title of "2004 Best Call Center".
Jiuwu Information is a pioneer of China's call center market. Entering
China market in 1998, Jiuwu is the first company providing integrative
services of call-in, call-out and call center consulting services.

company for the implementation of TurboCRM system.

American FrontRange Solutions Software has signed the Huachen BMW
After American FrontRange Solutions Software was successfully implemented

BMW on the latter's customer service project in this May. After a great
deal of research and assessment, Huachen BMW finally selected the HEAT
product of FrontRange as CRM solution to its customer service center.

Recently, Jilin Province Sanitation Office has inititated its"Baoshitong"
