Nexus Technology launches a version of CTI intermediate article targeting at IP OFFICE

　　At the beginning of this year, AVAYA launched its IP OFFICE product. This product manifests the feature of AVAYA products in combining voice and data, so it provides more flexible platform for call center. Nexus Technology launches a version of CTI intermediate article targeting at IP OFFICE with its years of experiences in developing and applying CTI intermediate article. It carries on the excellent quality of Nexus CTMP product. The overall framework of the software is similar with the ordinary version. It can not only provide the corresponding functions of higher end CTI intermediate article, but provide a high price-performance ratio call center platform solution by running together with IP OFFICE.

　　US Polycom, the leading provider of audio-video conference, MCU and unified coordination solution, announces to launch the Polycom V500 video telephone system. It will enhance the work efficiency and speed up the decision making speed for SME and tele-officing staff.

Huawei adopts Intel ATCA solution

　　Intel recently announces that Huawei and Korea Telecom have adopted the module telecommunication solution provided by Intel to co-develop the network equipment for wired and wireless network application. Intel expresses that a series of equipment manufacturers and operators have shifted from using expensive specialized system to adopting the new technical solution based on standards provided by Intel. The solution of Intel includes AdvancedTCA* system and operator-level Rack Mount Servers (RMS)。 Intel says they believe, this module platform developed by them will get further application in the telecommunication industry and will help system manufacturers to further decrease development cost and increase development speed.

Survey: the number of global enterprise realtime communication users this year will reach 400 million

　　American market consulting company Radicati Group recently publicized the result of survey on the enterprise real time communication market. The result shows that 85% of North American enterprises use real time communication in business and individual communication. That ratio of the whole world is 20％. Radicati predicts, by the end of 2008, 80% of global enterprises will use real time communication.

　　The company also indicates that in 2004, the number of real time communication enterprise user will reach 362 million， and by the end of 2008, this number will increase to 670 million. 88% will utilize public real time communication network, and the rest 12% will use enterprise real time communication. In 2008, the global market scale of four major fields: enterprise real time communication, real time communication management, wireless real time communication and public real time communication will reach 413 million US dollars.
