together

launched Cisco CallManager-supporting FirstPoint Enterprise Version Product
Solution. This move aims to meet the urgent demand of users for IP-and
VoIP based new type call center. This product will provide VoIP-based
enterprise customer contact center to its users. Because the prospective
of VoIP is very broad, so the professionals appreciate the cooperation
between Rockwell and Cisco a lot, and figure out this cooperation between
two giants will lead the call center industry into a brandnew VoIp era.
Gartner report shows that the number of seats at IP customer contact
center will continue to increase, and the market share will reach one
