The Biggest ISP in China Chooses Callray to Upgrade Service

  HiChina is the biggest domain name registration and website hosting provider in China, and is also the earliest domain name service provider who firstly brought the concept and application of "virtual host". So far, there are over 600,000 international and domestic domain names registered in HiChina and one fourth of the domestic websites are established through HiChina. With the powerful strength of technology service, HiChina gains trust of numerous domestic and overseas famous enterprises in various industries, such as Haier Group, Zhuhai Gree Group Corp. and Tongrentang Pharmacy.

  On August 19, 2004, Callray announced in Shenzhen that the recording QC system created for 800-810-8500 service center of HiChina has been accepted by the customer and put into operation. The result of the inspection shows that the system runs smoothly meeting the technical requirements of HiChina, and greatly favored by the customers.

Mercury Establishing Cooperation Relationship with Siebel Systems

  Mercury, leader in the BTO field, (NASDAQ:MERQ) announced recently that it has signed a new development agreement with Siebel Systems, the leading provider of business application software (NASDAQ:SEBL). According to the agreement, a test automation interface will be designed and developed between the Siebel7.7 and the advanced BTO products of Mercury to optimize the Siebel application software. The agreement will lead to a bright future for both sides.

The 2000 line tobacco sales promotion platform being wholly accepted

  After 3 months of stable and reliable operation, the brand-new customized 2000 line tobacco sales promotion platform as provided by Zinglabs Technologies Co. Ltd (Singapore) to Hebei Tobacco Company has been wholly accepted.

  The call-center-based sales promotion platform of Hebei Tobacco Company is centrally located. Only institutes above city level can have the tobacco sales promotion system, which lead to significant reduction of the cost for the construction and management of the platform. There are totally 14 call-center-based sales promotion points in Hebei province, covering all the tobacco retailers of the province (over 2000 lines in the province, over 70 seats for each city). City like Shijiazhuang and Baoding has owned more than 120 seats. It is China's first large-scale call-center-based tobacco sales promotion system, and also a good example for that of other provinces.

GrapeCity Cooperating with Sunzone to implement Microsoft CRM
