Si'An Huasheng becomes the general agent of AMTELCO in China

　　AMTELCO is an outstanding enterprise in the research and development of call center products. For the past 25 years it has been focused on providing telephone-based voice service equipment of high performance-cost ratio. The combination of Amtelco multi-casing interlinking adapter (SCx Adapter) and Intel? Dialogic? products will make it possible to apply in high-density multi-server of high performance-cost ratio. Today, the cooperation between AMTELCO and Si'an Huasheng in China will certainly lead to more convenient and efficient services for the users!

IBM will disclose its voice recognition code and will cooperate with Avaya

　　IBM will disclose on Monday part of its voice recognition software to the two open source software organizations.
IBM will also publicize a cooperation agreement it signed with Avaya. According to the agreement, both sides will work together to develop the voice-based self service applications.

　　Avaya plans to provide call center software for the WebSphere of IBM. It is not an exclusive agreement. WebSphere, as the core of IBM's software strategies, includes the tools needed for constructing the applications. Besides, other software can also run on it.
