Shanghai Waterworks Shibei Company gained the certificate of CCCS-PQ

  On September 16 of 2004, Shanghai Waterworks Shibei Company gained the certificate of CCCS-PQ and become the first call center which gained the certificate in Shanghai.

  The certification work was carried out on April 16 of 2004. The first evaluation was done successfully by May 28 of 2004. Then it enters the phase of performance improvement in which the call center of Shanghai Waterworks Shibei Company was improved and innovated thoroughly according to CCCS-PQ. The final on-site evaluation was completed on July 28 of 2004.

Sunyard supporting Zhejiang Bank

  China Zhejiang Bank, the 12th joint stock commercial firm in China was opened formally on August 18 of 2004. AT&T organizing cooperation team to supply the goods in VoIP competition

  AT&T, An American Telecom products/services provider, is promoting for its VoIP services. Now a cooperation team has been formed, including chip providers and equipment providers, who will develop products according to the specifications put forward by AT&T. Among these providers there are major providers of VoIP terminal equipment, including D-link, Linksys and Netgear. The goods will be supplied by providers in Taiwan.

  AT&T announced that a partnership will be formed, including providers of chip, software and equipment, to carry out the VoIP innovation plans and develop the VoIP adaptor, Wi-Fi phone, video converter and VoIP network equipment according to the required specifications.

  These providers include chip providers (Broadcom, Centillium, Intel, TI), brand providers (D-link, Linksys and Netgear) and equipment providers Alcatel, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Siemens and Sonus.
