CTI Link Middleware of CNCALL adopted in the call center of Optisp Communications

　　Recently, the construction of call center of Optisp Communications has been started to enhance the network game business of the company. The call center system adopts the advanced Meridian 1switch platform system of Nortel Networks as well as the middleware MIL OF CTI Link of CNCALL. It includes 45 positions and will support the commercial operation of Legend of Mir III as well as other network games.

Advantech ranks among the 2004 Taiwan Top 10 International Brands

　　「2004 Taiwan Top 10 International Brands」was announced on September 30 of 2004. Advantech, the big provider of industrial computer was selected among the 2004 Taiwan Top 10 International Brands, which means the years of efforts made by it on the global market have been recognized by the public.

Huawei presented at the 3GSM World Congress held in Singapore

　　On September 27 of 2004, the 3GSM world congress as organized by GSM Association was held in Singapore. There were over 1000 persons from telecom industries and over 60 CEOs of telecom operators participating in the congress.

　　As a member of GSM association and representative of wireless equipment provider in Asia, Huawei attended this congress. Chen Zhaohui, the senior vice president of Huawei made a speech on the congress titled The Roles Played by Asian Equipment Provider on the Global Wireless Equipment Market., which was widely recognized by the participants of the congress.
At the exhibition area, Huawei set up the biggest exhibition booth, exhibiting the WCDMA end-to-end solutions and latest GSM solutions.

Shanghai Runsun Signing cooperation contract with Viewsonic

　　Recently, Shanghai Runsun Information Industrial Company signed a cooperation contract with ViewSonic? (China), the world famous video products/services provider.

　　According to the contract, Shanghai Runsun will extend the scope of services on the basis of providing incoming call and outgoing call and change itself from the simple customer service center into a CRM execution center.

　　As a provider of CRM services, Shanghai Runsun has signed cooperation contracts with Viewsonic, Motorola display and other world famous electronic companies.
