HXD09 constructing service hotline for residential community in
Qinghai
HXD09 will construct the hardware platform for a hotline system of
a residential community in Qinghai. The system is a integration of community
administration and office business.
Callray providing service for China Unicom Qinghai Branch
On October 15, 2004, the second phase of the project of
quality management system of the customer service center for China Unicom
Qinghai Branch has been completed and accepted.
China Unicom Qinghai Branch set up a customer service center by the
end of 2001. The customer service center, characterized by centralized
management mode, is the only province-level customer service center in
Xining city, Qinghai province. From then on China Unicom Qinghai Branch
began using the quality management software AP SUITE as provided by Callray
Communications.
Due to the high performance of Callray in the first phase of the project,
China Unicom Qinghai Branch decided to continue the cooperation with Callray
in the second phase. The latter provided a practical technical solution
based on the actual conditions of the customer to upgrade the products
in the first phase of the project so that the customers can enjoy the
latest scientific research results of Callray.
Voicesoft provide Yidiantong business system for China Unicom Shenxi Branch
After a deep communication and thorough discussion, Voicesoft
and China Unicom Shenxi Branch signed a contract on Sept. 17. According
to the contract, Voicesoft will provide Yidiantong business system for
China Unicom Shenxi Branch.
With the business provided by Voicesoft, the users can pay the mobile
phone fees by themselves. The system will be connected with the business
system of a certain bank in Xi'an. The mobile phone user can dial the
telephone number of Yidiantong for registration. The system can recognize
the calling number and give voice prompt. Thus, the user can pay the mobile
phone fees through the bank card corresponding to the mobile phone. Voicesoft
realized the application of Voice XML with the OpenIVR auto voice platform.
