Zinglabs cooperating with Shanghai SmartPay Jieyin
On October 2004, Zinglabs Technologies (Beijing), the national leader
of CTI technologies who is famous for the ZingSwitch? technology, established
cooperation relationship with Shanghai SmartPay Jieyin Co., Ltd. It will
build up a call-center system for the new type of charging system.
HP Cisco and Altitude provide integrated call center
for Middle East Bank
The three technological leaders will combine the best
technologies to provide the first contact center and the first CRM products
in the history.
HP, Cisco and Altitude Software, as providers of financial services
in the middle east market, will cooperate to construct an integrated call
center, based on advanced technical solutions to meet the requirements
for a high-end/middle-end contact center.
The integrated call center is a solution with the functions of voice services,
IVR, emails, network collaboration and communication module. The whole
product is made up of the consulting and integration services of HP and
IP call center solutions with CIM (Altitude Software) of Cisco.
IPWireless and other companies cooperating to develop
wireless VoIP mobile phone
SAN JOSE, Calif.-Atmel Corp. and IPWireless announced
recently that they have cooperated with an OEM manufacturer to develop
UMTS TDD mobile, which can provide VoIP services and has the functions
of broadband access. It uses AT76C902 VoIP of Atmel as the major processor.
The TDD module of IPWireless can perform the function of UMTS TDD modem.
It is anticipated that the model of the mobile phone will be put on market
at the end of the year and be put on market in the mid of 2005.
