Zinglabs cooperating with HC360 TO build up new generation of call
center platform
Recently, Zinglabs Technology, leader of CTI techniques, cooperated
with HC360 to construct a new type of call center system based on WEB.
The new call center system, due to its good applicability and expansibility,
has gained the favor of the pubic since being put on market.
Super brands----SYKES ranking among the top 100 brands
in China
According to the result of 2004 Super Brands as announced
recently. SYKES ranks among the top 100 brands in China. It is also among
the first 25 members in China as approved by the Superbrand Organization.
SYKES is the only call center enterprises as gained such an honor in China.
In the evening of October 25, the representative from SYKES presented
at the grand ceremony held in Grand Hyatt Shanghai (Jin Mao Tower). Other
brands ranking in the 100 top ones include Coca Cola, Volkswagon, Alibaba.com,
Loreal, Nike, Shell, Citibank, BearingPoint, Channel V, TNT.
Avaya releasing IP Office 3.0
Beijing-Avaya (NYSE:AV), the world leader enterprise-oriented
telecom software/system/service provider announced recently that it has
put on market IP Office 3.0, a kind of IP voice telecom products oriented
to small enterprises. The new version will be put on the markets in 31
countries and regions, including China, in the first week of December,
2004.
The company also announced that since being put on market in 2002, the
Avaya IP Office system has been sold well in the world (more than 35,000
sets) to provide services such as integrated voice/data communication,
information processing, customer management and so on to customers, including
independent companies which have one or more sites and affiliates of large
companies.
Zhengbang Hi-tech (ZBHT) constructing TV-shopping call
center for Shanghai Senguihang
After a thorough discussion and fierce bidding, Shanghai
Senguihang Economic & Trade Company chose ZBHT to build up the TV-shopping
call center. The project will be implemented in three phases. Set up 30
positions for the Shanghai Branch in the first phase; expand the capacity
to 30-60 positions in the second phase; set up 60 positions for the Beijing
branch in the third phase. ZBHT has rich experience in TV shopping, and
has great technical advantages in data searching, initiative marketing
and media analysis, which is the reason why it won the bid.
