Qwest providng VoIP services to enlarge the business scope

  Qwest announced on Thursday that it would soon provide a kind of VoIP service called OneFlex in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, New York and other 8 major cities. Qwest aims to enlarge the business scope by providing VoIP services. It thinks that such a service shall not be limited to the 14 states only.
