PacificNet Epro chosen by TCL as provider of CRM consultant services
and call center training
PacificNet (Nasdaq:PACT) announced that PacificNet Epro,
the subsidiary, is providing CRM consultant service and call center training
to the call center of the headquarter of TCL and the offices in Beijing,
Shanghai, Xi'an, Chengdu and Huizhou.
TCL is planning to implement multi-channel strategies. In January of
this year, TCL set up a customer service center to provide service for
the customers all over the country. The center is headquartered in Huizhou
of Guangdong, and has branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an. It mainly
provides services such as consultation, maintenance and support, complaint
accepting and so on. TCL is the second largest customer of PacificNet
in the past two weeks. Before that PacificNet announced that it has signed
an agreement with Sony HongKong to provide CRM and e-business solutions
to Sony VAS So-net (Asia). The CRM and e-business system of PacificNet,
including customer registration, management, charging and payment system,
will enable the customers to make online purchase and payment through
the online purchase platform of So-net.
Neusoft making efforts in forgery prevention
Tobacco industry is the largest taxpayer in China, and also an industry

The customers can dial the number directly and operate under the instructions
of voice guidance system. The system will make comparisons and check automatically.
Nowadays, the hard-package tobacco labeled "The Great Hall of People"
contains an anti-forgery code carried on the anti-forgery advertising
card inside the package. Only one month after the tobacco with anti-forgery
mark was put on market, the whole anti-forgery system has received more
than 10,000 inquiries.
CTI Link applied in the call center system of Nan'an
Power
