The first OCRM system in China entering into the second phase of construction

  Recently, the first operational CRM (OCRM) system in China as constructed by Beijing Mobile Communications Company (BJMCC) and AsiaInfo has smoothly entered into the second phase of construction. During this period, AsiaInfo will go on working as the general software providers. Based on the work finished in the first phase, the company will work further to enhance the capability of OCRM system and finish the transition from BOSS to OCRM so that BJMCC can provide a comprehensive support to the individual and group customers in market promotion, sales promotion and business handling.

SinoVoice was chosen as ETP

  Recently, Eicon Networks (Canadian), the world famous manufacturer of hi-quality communications products for enterprise network, signed a contract with Beijing InfoQuick SinoVoice Speech Technology Corp (SinoVoice). The cooperation between the two sides is mainly focused on the development and enhancement of voice technique applications to better serving the market demand. This step certainly helps Eicon Networks implement the strategies of finding a local partner and make the communication products of Eicon Network and the voice solutions of Sinovoice more competitive. What's more, it will surely enhance the development of voice techniques in China.

  On Dec. 9 of 2004, Deloitte held a grand ceremony of prize presenting at GRAND HYATT HONG KONG. On the ceremony it publicize the name of the top 500 hi-tech hi-growth in the Asia-pacific region. HOLLYCRM was among the top 500 with high growth rate and good earning performance.
It is known that the prize is presented by Deloitte, one of the four biggest accounting companies in the world. It has been held for three times in this region this year. The result is made by Deloitte according to the growth rate of the business income of these hi-tech companies in the past three fiscal years. Many countries participated in this activity, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Philippine, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea. The activity is aimed to honor and encourage the top 500 hi-tech companies of highest growth rate in business income in the Asia-pacific region, Europe, Mid East, Africa and America, and recognize the contribution they made to the world economy.
