VTEL winning the bid for the videoconference system for Tianjin government

The videoconference system of Tianjin e-government network is based on the H.323 protocol, including one conference place and 29 sub-places. It can help realize real-time conference at the 30 places through the MCU method.

InterAct going further in TV-based sales

　　Recently, Beijing InterAct Technology Company signed a contract with Beijing Hongjiahua International Development Company. According to the contract, Beijing InterAct will provide Beijing Hongjiahua with a new generation of call center solutions for TV-based sales. It will be mainly used to improve the marketing, sales and after-sales service of Hongjiahua and create a new method for bringing benefits.

　　Beijing Hongjiahua adopted the whole set of solutions as provided by Beijing InerAct for the purpose of TV-based sales. It integrates the prediction dialing system (Samba Dialer), auto voice answer system (IVR2000), CRM system (iAgent), call center quality management system (VOM QM) and record monitoring system (iRecorder).
