RightNow help EasyJet reduce operating cost by Stg. 750,000
RightNow, the world leading on demand CRM provider (Nasdaq:
RNOW) announced recently that EasyJet would cooperate with RightNow to
enhance the customer service and reduce the operation cost by Stg. 750,000.
As a leader airline company in Europe, EasyJet has a yearly increase of
20% in the customer flow. It will use RightNow Service? in the 7 places
in Europe for management and communications purpose. The company anticipates
to gain return on the investment in a year.

solutions for middle and small sized companies (MSC), including "60s
retail service" and "short-line service".
On-demand call center solution is based on the actual needs of the customers.

means to provide short-term position outsourcing service for the customers.

Guangzhou Xiongying cooperating with Beijing Shangneng
again
Recently, Guangzhou Xiongying MotorClub Company signed
a contract again with Beijing Shangneng Information Technology Company
to expand the capability of the existing Mr.CRM system.
In this project, the Mr. CRM system will be upgraded from version 3.2
to version 5.0. What's more, the number of users will be increased from
15 to 55.
Mr.CRM introduced the concept of teamwork, integrating different part
of work (marketing, sales, customer service, service management and so
on) and building up a sales platform for information sharing to help the
enterprises improve the faithfulness and satisfaction index of their customers
and shorten the sales cycle, reduce the sales cost and increase the sales
income.
