Changchun FAW constructing call center platform
Following the principle of "Customers First, Service
First, Quality First", Communication Science And Technology Co.,
Ltd. Of Changchun FAW reached a cooperation agreement with Zinglabs (Beijing).
According to the agreement, Zinglabs will construct the system switch
access platform for the call center of the company. This project is the
second application of Zinglabs call center service platform in the manufacturing
industry in the country, aiming to meet the construction requirements
of Changchun FAW. Changchun FAW is the first one who introduce the call
center system which integrates customer service center and management
center to improve the service quality to world level. The cooperation
reflects the ability and advantages of Zinglabs in techniques, products
and applications. It crossed the industrial boundary again to lead the
application trend of call center.
Voicecodes providing new conference mode for Lenovo
Since adopting the VCTalk System of VoiceCodes in 2003, Lenovo has developed
a new working mode based on telephone conference. At present, Lenovo made
a capacity-expansion of the conference system, providing such a telephone
conference system to each sales division to improve the working efficiency
of these divisions.
Although videoconference equipment is used widely, audio-conference
system is still favored by the users. This is because that it is relatively
inexpensive, and it can be held at any time and any place. What's more,
the operation and maintenance cost is much more lower than that of the
video-conference system.
Avaya acquiring Route Science to guarantee the quality
of VoIP service
Recently, Avaya acquired Route Science to further guarantee
the voice quality on WANs for Avaya VoIP users.
Avaya will continue selling the ANS (adapted network software) of Route
Science, which is built into the customers' network to evaluate the conditions
of WANs' connections and adjust the traffic flow to the best state for
VoIP.
What's more, Avaya plans to integrate the ANS to other platforms of
Avaya, such as binding the center software of Avaya to ANS to improve
the voice quality for IP call center. This work will be done in the next
year.
