Zinglabs performing well in Shandong province

　　At the end of 2004, the customer service team of Zinglabs has successfully completed the construction of switch access platform of the customer service system in 7 cities (Jinan, Qingdao, Heze, Weihai, Rizhao, Jining and Liaocheng) of Shandong province. The system, operating quite well, is highly regarded by SinoPec. In the year 2005, Zinglabs will still be busy with the construction and commissioning of the system in other cities of the province to help SinoPec unified its customer services all over Shandong province.

VoiceCodes providing hotline telephone service for Yichang Tax Bureau through the VCCALL platform

　　Ever since the successful cooperation between Voicecodes and HBZKNet in April of 2004 to provide a new type of call center system for Wuhan State Tax Bureau, the two companies cooperated again to set up call center system for Yichang State Tax Bureau and Yichang Local Tax Bureau, providing hotline telephone services. Major functions of the system include tax-rated consultation services, complaint receiving, information searching and voice messaging.

Zoom Video permit into the military network for the informitization purpose

　　Recently, Zoom Video gained a permit for access to the national defense telecom network as issued by the Head Quarters of General Staff of PLA for its whole series of video communication products. It is well known that, the performance and quality of the product are of great significance for the military system. For this reason the qualification test for military materials has always been very strict. The access to the military network means that the whole series of Zoom Video's telecom products can be widely applied in the military system.
