Powrise's CRM under trial operation in the National Customs Information Center

　　On Nov. 30, the call center of the National Customs Information Center switched its telephone number to 010-65195991. The actuation of PowerCallCenter constructed by Powerise for the Customs General Administration P.R.C is another successful application of the CRM system of Powerise following the application in telecom, finance, social security, health care, iron/steel and real estate. On Nov. 30, the day of trial operation, relevant authorities from National Customs Information Center came on the scene and express their satisfaction after seeing the operation of the call center. It means that the service management of National Customs Information Center has entered into a new stage.

VoIP to be mature in 2005

　　Jeff Pulver, pioneer of VoIP, says recently that the open source-code software used for VoIP PBX is developing dramatically. The effect of such a growth will be shown in the coming 12 or 18 months. It means that, there will be a great effect on the VoIP market since 2005.

Microsys help Yunnan Telecom providing value-added services

　　Yunnan Telecom plans to set up an interactive teleconference platform for multi-party communications. It will be available to group customers. The users can control and manage the conference through the remote-control terminals. Meanwhile, there are 80 4-wire dedicated lines within the telecom company to connect it with the terminals of the conference rooms in different cities so that they can hold internal dedicated-line conference at any time.
