Shanghai VoiceSoft constructing modernized call center for Xinjiang
Tobacco
To meet the demand for improving the network-based sales
in the tobacco industry, Voicesoft signed a contract with Urumchi Branch
of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Tobacco Company in Dec. 2004 to construct
a series of modernized call center.
The company adopted Voicesoft's midware, such as OmniCTI and OpenIVR,
and Alcatel's OmniPCX Office (a kind of switch based on the latest technique)
as PBX. VoiceSoft will work closely with the local integrators to provide
a modernized and perfect network sales platform for Urumchi Branch.

into operation in Beijing. Through the center which is based on the advanced
IP technology of HP, the customers of NCL can get access to the professional
consultation services at any time.
