Zinglabs (Singapore) winning the bid for the call center project
of Hunan Tobacco
Recently, Zinglabs Beijing Co., Ltd., with the outstanding
product performance and powerful integrated solutions, won the bid for
the construction of call center for Hunan Tobacco. The application and
popularization of Zinglabs' products in Hunan Tobacco will enhance the
communications of Hunan Tobacco with its customers, improve the service
quality and competitive edge, and provide a reliable, ever-upgradable
call center platform for the development of tobacco industry.
Only 3 or 4 years after entering the tobacco industry, Zinglabs has
occupied over80% of the market share, ranking the first in terms of market
occupancy. It has just built up the best call center platform in the country
for Hebei Tobacco, and is much favored by the users in the tobacco industry.
The company says that it will go on working hard to improve the informaitization
degree of the tobacco industry by helping them reform the traditional
sales modes with a new type of call center system.
ITApps help Korea Air constructing first-class customer
service center
The customer service center as provided by Korea Air in Qingdao has
been put into operation recently. The center is mainly engaged in providing
services, including relevant consulting services, to the customers in
China. It adopts solutions and technical services provided by ITApps.
ITApps has provided first-class technical solutions, including Edify
IVR and Nice recording system, to meet the requirements of the customer
service center of Korea Air.
Voicesoft OpenIVR applied in Shenxi Unicom
After a thorough communications and discussions, Shenxi Unicom signed
a contract with Voicesoft in 2004 for the Touch Go project. According
to the contract, Voicesoft will provide OpenIVR system to the Touch Go
business system of Xi'an Unicom
Shanghai VoiceSoft made a success again in realizing commercializing
applications in Voice XMLwith the OpenIVR platform.
