ITApps providing solutions for the customer service center of CPIC
The customer service center of China Pacific Insurance
(Group) Co., Ltd., located in Shanghai, is engaged in providing telephone-based
services for customers all over the country. Recently, it adopted the
Edify IVR solutions as provided by ITApps to customize and simplify the
services to the customers.
1/4 of the public security organs in the country fulfilling
the Integration of 110, 119 and 122
Today is the "110" advertising day of the national public
securities organs. According to relevant authorities from the Ministry
of Public Security, by the end of 2004, there has been as many as 582
public security organs (in city or county) fulfilling the integration
of 110, 119 and 122, accounting to 1/4 of the total number of public security
organs in the country.
New hotline opened on Jan. 18 in Shenzhen Civil Aviation
The customer service hotline "95000666", the first one integrating
manual service, IVR service and SMS service in the national civil aviation
system will be put into operation on Jan. 18 this year before the spring
transportation rush begins.
"95000666" customer service platform adopts responsibility system,
that is, the consultations or complaints from the passenger will be handled
and solved by a staff within a specified time.
Income from the IC chip of VoIP to reach 938.4 million USD in 2008
According to the latest research report from In-Stat, the income on
IC chip of VoIP was 137.6 million USD in 2003 and it will increase to
938.4 million USD in 2008. The fast growth of it is due to the mobile
phones with the VoIP functions. Such kind of mobile phone will predominate
the market in 2006, and keep on growing at a high speed after 2007.
