Zinglabs and LINING work together to build a new call center platform
Recently, Zinglabs Technology (Beijing), a leading provider
of call center platform in China, established cooperation relationship
with Lining Sports Goods Company, a famous provider of sports articles
in China to build up a new type of IP-distribution integrated call center
platform based on WEB. The construction and application of the call center
system is a new starting point for the construction and applications of
call center platform for the costume and relevant industries.

With the platform, the customer service center of ALSOO will provide
brand new services to the game players in a multi-media form, including
traditional voice service, e-mail, network chatting, Web and so on. This
will help ALSOO improve itself into a first-class international brand.
