Avaya, a leader in the global voice information processing
Avaya Modular Messaging 2.0, based on the IP voice telecom
techniques, brings new functions for voice mailbox, making it a key part
in the enterprise telecommunications.
With the popularization of IP voice service, the voice-mail technique,
born 25 years ago, is facing an innovation. Avaya, who has provided more
than 100 millions of voice mailboxes for the enterprises, and a leader
in speech information processing, takes the leading position in this field
again.
Recently, Avaya marketed the innovative "Avaya Modular Messaging
2.0", which can support 20,000 subscribers at most. With IP voice
telecom techniques and IP network techniques, a single system can support
subscribers at different locations without providing an independent voice
mail server for each place. Meanwhile, it provides more practical functions
to all the users to bring more cost benefit for the enterprises. Voice
mailbox system has become an important part for the operation of an enterprise.
OKI's call center system adopted by Yashili
The call center system based on the CTI server "CTstage 4i"
of OKI was adopted by Guangdong Yashili (Group) Co., Ltd. (Yashili), one
of the biggest food companies in China. The system, constructed in the
headquarter of Yashili by OKI Software Technology (Jiangsu), will be completed
and put into operation in the mid of Feb. this year
Callray's call center quality management system adopted by Senguihang
On Jan. 20 of 2005, Callray, a leading provider of call center quality
management solutions in China, announced in Shenzhen that AP Suite? call
center quality management software would be used in the construction of
call center (stage I) of Shanghai Senguihang Economic & Trade Co.,
Ltd (http://www.sco.net.cn). Now the system has been checked and accepted.
