SAP gaining the award of "The Best CRM Company" by Frost&Sullivan

  SAP, the world largest provider of enterprise management software and c-business solutions, announced recently that it has gained the award of "The Best CRM Company" granted by Frost&Sullivan, the world famous market research and consultation company. Frost & Sullivan holds prize-presenting evening party for outstanding companies in the field of information and telecom annually, and awards different prizes to these companies according to the contributions they make in this field. This year, Frost & Sullivan awards "The Best CRM Company" to SAP for the contribution it made on the CRM market, recognizing the correct market strategies of SAP and outstanding performance of the company in the past 2 years.

110, 119 and 122 integrated for the first time

  On Jan. 25, the 110, 119 and 122 system of Yinchuan Municipal Public Security Bureau were officially integrated and networked. The three systems will work together to handle the calls coming from fixed phones in the 3 districts of the city and mobile phones all over the city. From then on, the citizens can get quick response and help from the police system by dialing 110, 119 or 122 through fixed phones in the 3 districts of the city or mobile phones from anywhere in the city.
