MPS2000 switch platform ---Another good news from Hangzhou Microsys
Another good news came from Hangzhou Microsys at the beginning
of the New Year.
X province adopted MPS2000 switch platform to build a voice messaging
system, but there's something wrong with part of the existing mobile switches
that the cue tone cannot be played normally, which lead to complaints
from the customers.
MPS2000 mobile solution helps the providers solve the above problems,
optimizing the mobile voice recording and message retrieval system and
improving the image of the mobile equipment providers.
Actuation of the first IP call center with over 100 positions in the
banking industry in Japan
Tokyo---The "Ctstage 4i" call center system of OKI was adopted
by Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co., Ltd.
The system, made up of 120 positions, was put into operation since the
beginning of Dec., 2004. Up until now it is the first IP call center with
over 100 positions in the banking industry in Japan.
Out-contracted business reordered in India
Investors from all over the world regard India as a promising land for
out-sourcing business. As investment banker anticipates, to improve the
service (from call center service to financial analysis) provided to the
customers, the competitors in this field will experience a number of merging
in the, restructuring and listing registration in America in the coming
days.
Recently, Bangalore, the IT center of India, experienced a series of
such merging. Bangalore is a center for this kind of business in India,
with an annual income of 16 billion USD. Due to the fact that more and
ore foreign companies begin to out-contract work such as office work,
software making, accounting and so on, to the call centers and computer
working stations in India, the out-contracted business in this country
will grow at an annual rate of 30%. According to Nasscom (a software service
trade association in India), by the year 2008 the value of all the out-contracted
business in India will reach 50 billion USD. It thinks that 30% of the
hi-tech work of western enterprises can be out-contracted, while now the
figure is less than 10%.
