RightNow CRM selected as Product of the Year 2004 by Customers
Interaction Solution
RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW), the world leading on-demand-CRM company
announced today that its product RightNow CRM? 7.0 has been selected as
"Product of the Year 2004" by magazine Customers Interaction
Solution. It is the fifth time that RightNow won the prize.

The SMS platform of the customer service center of Meirixin Company
under Tianjin Daily Press Group has been put into operation on Jan. 27
of 2005. It has not only expanded the service scope of the customer service
center, but also provided a brand new service mode, which makes it easier
for the customers to get access to the service, without having to wait
for a long time during the peak time.
The platform has five major functions: information consultation, complaint
receiving, logistics, ticket agent and newspapers/periodicals subscribing.
More and more customers has begun to enjoy this new kind of service although
it is still in the trial operation.
Infonetics: quick growth of the VoIP market in 2004
According to the latest research report made by Infonetics, the market
of VoIP mobile device has experienced a great growth in 2004, with 113,
000 VoIP mobile phones sold at a total value of 45 million USD.
With the decline in the price of Wi-Fi mobile phone, the market of VoIP
mobile phone will experience a quick growth. It is nothing less than a
great success although these products were not put into commercial use
until the last quarter of 2004. For example, about 8000 Wi-Fi mobile phones
were sold during this time, with a total sales value of 6.6 million USD.
Infonetics points out that this is a newly immerging market, which will
experience a dramatic growth in 2009, especially when the enterprises
are gaining benefit from the flexible telecom techniques.
