SOYO Group participating in the construction of global VoIP network
of China Unicom
SOYO (R) Group, Inc., the leading provider of main board, peripheral

a contract with China Unicom USA Corp., a subsidiary of China Unicom (NYSE:
CHU) to enable Z-Connect users to make local, long-distance or oversea
calls through the PSTN (public switched telephone network) and VoIP network.

due to the quick growth of mobile telecom and VoIP services. IDC anticipates
that the sales income from traditional fixed telephone services on the
European market will decline from the 108 billion USD in 2003 to 95 billion
USD in 2008, with an annual declining rate of 3%.
