The customer service center constructed by Shenzhen Boyu Technology Company for Chang'an Suzuki was put into operation on Feb. 1st of 2005.

GZL cooperating with Avaya to build a new customer service system

Guangzhou - GZL International Travel Service Ltd. (GZL) and Avaya, the world-leading provider of enterprise telecom software, system and services, co-held a grand ceremony for the "starting of the construction of a new generation of customer service system" in Guangzhou. Upon the completion of the project, GZL will have an advanced customer service center to help improve the quality of the service and gain more market share efficiently. It also means that Contact Center Express, a new solution provided by Avaya, has been applied in the travel industry of China.

The project of "new generation of customer service system of GZL", to be carried out by Teamsun, a partner of Avaya, adopts the Contact Center Express (CCE) solution provided by Avaya and advanced media server S8300 and media switch G700.

Contact Center Express is the first solution marketed by Avaya in Oct. of 2004 for the construction of multi-media contact center for mid-sized enterprises. It is made up of user-friendly application software and server components, and is easy to use and maintain. CCE is a proper solution to extend the advanced customer service capability into mid-sized enterprise to help the latter improve the service quality in an economic and efficient way.

Developing trends of e-business---dramatic development of RSS and VoIP in 2005

eMarketer, an American company engaged in e-business research and statistics, recently gave the ten developing trends of e-business in 2005. It says that RSS, VoIP and other techniques will develop dramatically in 2005. Definitions of most of the terms will change with the change of the channel of information releasing.

According to the analysts, with the RSS available on Xinhua News, overseas version of People's Daily, Sina.com, CCW.com.cn, and other major websites, and the fast growth of providers of RS Sservice, the year 2005 will be a year of RSS.
