AltiGen cooperating with Shanghai3H to build the largest urban construction system in China

Shanghai "12319", the largest urban construction system in China, will be put into operation on April 1 of 2005. With this system, citizens who live in the center of Shanghai city can make complaints or give suggestions on every respect of the city, including water supply, gas supply, water drainage, flood prevention, government affairs, environment protection, traffic, landscaping, real estate development/management and so on, by only making a single phone call.

The IP distribution-type call center system of AltiGen and the powerful business system of Shangha3H will combine with each other to accumulate the services from the 16 hotlines to Shanghai "12319", to build up a integrated call center system, making up of "12319" as the grade I network center, the 16 functional departments as the Grade II network center and the maintenance organizations as the Grade III network center, fully supporting the simultaneous transmission of data and voice information.
