Concerto Software establishing strategic cooperation relationship with Sunyard

April 3, 2005－Beijing－Concerto Software, the world leading provider of Customer Interaction Management（CIM）solutions, announced today that it established strategic cooperation relationship with HangZhou Sunyard System Engineering Co., Ltd to develop the market of out-calling service.
