C.P.Freda to purchase MyCRM II

More than three years ago, Shandong C.P.Freda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as C.P.Freda) has purchased MyCRM software. The application of MyCRM I hept the company increase the business continuously and steadily. In order to meet the increasing demand as a result of the business growth, and subdivide the service (Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, etc.), C.P.Freda signed another contract with Beijing LiYouXin Technology on March of 2005 to purchase MyCRM II.

TurboCRM cooperating with SmartDot

Recently,TurboCRM signed a contract with Beijing SmartDot Technology Company for the purchase and application of TurboCRM system.

HOLLYCRM helps Beijing Communications upgrade the "10060" customer service center

Recently, Beijing Communications Corporation of China Netcom upgraded the "10060" customer service center by service integration and capacity expansion in order to improve the service. To guarantee the successful implementation of the project, Beijing Communications Corporation turned to HOLLYCRM, a leader in the field of Call Center and CRM, and also the first company that constructed "10060" customer service center. The project is aimed to better support the PAS (Xiaolingtong) service. The former "112" and "113" was integrated into "10060" in order to provide comprehensive service with only one dial. After the upgrading, the 14 million citizens of Beijing can get access to a better service by only dialing "10060".
