Birth of the first public service call center in Hunan province
In the morning of April 2, Hunan Telecom and Changsha Civil Administration
Bureau signed a contract for the construction of the public service call
center of Changsha city. This means the informitization of the community
service of Hunan province was further enchanced.
It is reported that Hunan Telecom and Changsha Municipal Administration
Bureau work together to build Changsha public service call center, the
first public service call center in Hunan province, by making full use
of the advantages in network, techniques and information resources. This
call center will integrate information resources in cultural, education,
sanitation, medical service and civil administration to provide service
by means of telephone (hotline), computer service booth and website. The
citizens can contact the call center by various means (fixed telephone,
mobile phone, SM, Internet, etc.) to enjoy services including business
information consultation, goods purchase/distribution/payment, network-based
video/audio entertainment, public information consultation, etc.
TCL mobile phone call center winning prize of "The Best Call Center
in 2005"
Users of domestic made mobile phone can enjoy services of international
level too. This was proved at the ICC China 2005 held on April 11 of 2005.
In the face of dozens of authoritative experts from China, Japan, Korea,
America, France, TCL mobile phone call center won the two major prizes
of "China's Best Call Center in 2005" and "China's Best
Call Center Manager in 2005".
Winning prizes at the most famous annual general meeting for call center
and service informitization in Asia-Pacific region means that domestic
mobile phone manufacturers have been recognized in their efforts in catching
up with international service level.
"95519" standing out-Wang XianZhang wining prize
At the prize presenting ceremony of China's best call center held on
April 13, the "95519" call center of Chinalife Insurance Company
Ltd. won five major prizes including "China's Best Call Center in
2005". Wang XianZhang, President and general manager of the company
won the prize of "Outstanding leaders in customer service in 2005".
He is the only person who won such a prize.
