SinoVoice providing new version of speech recognizer--OSR3.0

SinoVoice marketed OSR3.0, a world advanced speech recognizer developed by ScanSoft on May 8th.

This is a new version of OSR products provided by ScanSoft, after the marketing of OSR2.0 (OpenSpeech Recognizer) in September of 2004. Compared with OSR2.0, the new version has a higher recognition rate. Average recognition rate of mobile phone number was as high as 100%, and the average recognition rate for 18-digit number was over 96%.

ScanSoft merging with Nuance

ScanSoft signed a contract with Nuance. According to the contract, ScanSoft will obtain all the common stocks issued by Nuance. Thus, the two companies merged into one.

ScanSoft and Nuance provided a set of voice application software and technique respectively for the new company and all these assets will be used as integrated source to meet the demand of the customers.

ESOON providing call center related consulting service for Shandong Netcom

Recently, eSOON signed a contract with Shandong Netcom. According to the contract, eSOON will provide professional consulting service to Shandong Netcom for the operation and management of "10060" call center.

Implementation of the project means that eSOON, as a world famous manufacturer with abundant talents, has entered into the field of call center related consulting service. We believe that eSOON will play a more and more important role in enhancing the development of call center industry in China.
