Nortel's solution help BT better the customer service

It is the student-recruiting hotline of the ME Teaching Center of the Graduate School of the University that was integrated into Tangram. TENCENT anticipating an increase in business income in spite of the challenge from Microsoft

This Wednesday TENCENT publicized the financial statement in the first quarter of 2005. In spite of the shrinking amount of net profit, and the challenging from Microsoft, TENCENT is still quite optimistic on the outlook of the company in this year.
In the first quarter, TENCENT earned a net profit of 96.95 million CNY, 116.3 million CNY less than that of the last quarter, and 106.5 million CNY less than the same period of last year. Besides, the sales income of TENCENT in the first quarter this year was also decreased by 4.5% than that of the last quarter, to 300 million CNY. Microsoft established a joint venture with United Investment just a few days ago to expand the MSN service to Chinese market.

China's IVR Market will reach 1.3 billion CNY in 2005
