Business-related consulting service of the customer service center
of CCB started
In May 2005, China Construction Bank (CCB) signed a cooperation agreement
with ITApps. According to the agreement, ITApps will help the customer
service center of CCB provide business-related consulting service. As
one of the top 500 financial enterprises in the world (Fortune), CCB is
one of the most important customers of ITApps in China and this project
is also one of the most important projects carried out by ITApps.
Out-sourcing industry of India ranking the first, accounting for 44%
of the market
According to the latest data from Indian National Association of Software
& Service Companies (NASSCOM), during the one year ended by March
this year, Indian companies have earned 17.2 billion USD from the sales
of software and outsourcing services (such as back-office service), an
increase of 34.5% than that of the prior year, accounting for 44% of the
world market.
Statistics shows that at present for the above-mentioned products and
service, India has the largest market share (44%), followed by Canada
(32%), and China (4.9%) and East Europe (4.5%).
88 million Americans using broadband service in 2010, with popularity
rate over 50%
According to the market research company Jupiter, due to the competitive
price and high practicability, more and more families in America has begun
to use broadband service.
Jupiter says in a statement that the number of household broadband users
in America is anticipated to increase rapidly from 32 million in 2004
to 69 million in 2010, and the population who use such service will experience
a moderate increase, from 75 million in 2004 to 88 million in 2010.
Jupiter says that the statistics of population who use broadband service
has begun. It shows that the number of high-end users is increasing very
fast and will be doubled by 2010, from 10 million in 2004 to 200 million.
Jupiter also says that by the year 2010 half of the users can get access
to Internet in different ways.
