ALTIGEN help Heifei Power Supply construct customer service center
Power supply industry is a public service industry. With the rapid development

Recently, EBANSWERS (Hangzhou) signed a contract with TELSDA (Shenzhen).
This is the first cooperation between the two companies. According to
the contract, EBANSWERS will construct the customer service management
system for the latter.
Established in 1982, TELSDA is a large high-tech enterprise engaged in
the production of telecom terminal equipment. It is one of the a few manufacturers
in Asia that produces telecom terminal equipment the earliest time and
got the approval document issued by the National Development and Reform
Commission for the production and sales of mobile phones.
EBANSWER'S customer service management solutions for the mobile phone
industry is mainly focused on business practice in this industry. It has
been applied to UT Starcom, East Com, Lenovo Mobile Telecom, VK Telecom
(China), Inventec (Nanjing), ZTE Telecom and other famous enterprises.
The customer service management system provided for TELSDA was both on
not only the experience from successful cases, and also on the business
practice of TELSDA in the customer service.
Huawei presenting at CommunicAsia with 3G solutions
At the CommunicAsia held recently in Singapore, HUAWEI exhibited WCDMA,
CDMA2000 3G and wireless terminal products, showing the development direction
of 3G products. At the exhibition, Huawei also exhibited the latest 3G
wireless data card and a fashionable CDMA mobile phone.
Huawei's 3G strategy is the latest soft switch IP solution based on NGN
platform. It has the characteristics of high performance, high capacity
and seamless integration, and can reduce the capital input and operation
cost. The central network of Huawei's WCDMA, GSM, CDMA2000 and TD-SCDMA
solution are all based on a common soft switch platform. This platform
can support various wireless and fixed access network. Huawei plans to
extend the support to business-used IP multi-media subsystem.
