Sunyard winning the bid for the construction of integrated telephone banking system for Guangdong Industrial and Commercial Bank

Recently, Sunyard won the bid for the construction of integrated telephone banking system for Guangdong Industrial and Commercial Bank.

This telephone banking system is based on the mode adopted by the headquarter of the bank. It adopted world advanced Avaya＋Genesys＋Edify technical platform, local 600 lines access relay. As for local city bank, it adopts VOIP access, 600 line IVR, 60 line VR out-calling, 120 line positions, 120 line recording and 60 line TTS. Main task of the system is to transplant the original business of the banking system of the bank to realize the integration of customer data, voice access and manual position service of the telephone banking system of the whole province. The data migration will be carried out by Guangdong Industrial and Commercial Bank itself, while Sunyard is responsible for the development of special business. It will be put into operation in June 2005.
