OKI Ctstage presenting at 2005 Tour Exhibition of Jiangsu Telecom
2005 Tour Exhibition of new service & value-added service of Jiangsu
Telecom started on June 30 of 2005. More than 100 persons from various
industries in Hangzhou attended this activity. Theme of this tour exhibition
is "create value by providing service". It introduced new and
value-added services to which Jiangsu Telecom attached much importance,
including video telecom service, broadband service and the rapidly growing
call center service. Among these services, the integrated "IP call
center solution" jointly developed by OKI and Changzhou Telecom attracted
much attention from the participants.
The integrated "IP call center solution" has been widely used
among enterprises ever since it was born. The "Ctstage" call
center system of OKI will surely be greatly promoted at the Tour Exhibition.
RightNow acquiring Convergent to start "Voice CRM"
Bozeman, Montana (July 1, 2005)- RightNow, the world leading on demand
CRM provider (Nasdaq: RNOW)announced today that it acquired ConvergentVoice,
the famous voice automation service provider. The acquisition will make
RightNow the only CRM solution provider equipped with voice applications.
This also means that RightNow has started up the "RightNow Voice".
Avaya providing reinforced version of CCE solution
Avaya (NYSE: AV), the world leading provider of enterprise telecom software,
system and services, announced today recently that it has marketed reinforced
version of CCE (Contact Center Express)solution. This solution will help
the growing enterprises providing better service through call centers,
and in such a way enhance the development of these enterprises. As anticipated
by Datamonitor, by the year 2008 the market size of global contact center
will reach 5.1 billion USD, and in the coming five years, middle-sized
contact center with less than 250 positions will experience a rapid growth.
