CNCALL winning the bid for the upgrading of three customer service
centers of Haier
Recently, CNCALL, a professional CTI software developer, won the bid
for the upgrading and reconstruction of the three customer service centers
of Haier.
In the upgrading, the customer service center of Haier's headquarter in
Qingdao adopted AVAYA switch that supports 50 positions. The customer
service center in Beijing adopts Nortel's 11C switch that supports 40
positions. Haier's customer service center in Shanghai adopts Nortel's
11C switch that supports 40 positions. The three customer service centers
are all combined with the CnCall CTI mid ware to provide a development
platform of high reliability and expandability.
NMS cooperating with Lucent to provide advanced product for the next
generation of network
NMS Communications (Nasdaq: NMSS) announced today that the advanced
optical-voice processor as jointly developed by it and Lucent was chosen
by the next generation of telecom network of Japan. NMS provides telecom
techniques and solutions for value-added service and high-efficient network.
The new product will take the place of the equipment jointly developed
by NMS and Lucent 10 years ago. NMS anticipates that the products will
be allocated in the operators in the next year.
The improved optical voice processor is specially designed by NMS and
lucent for the wireless network operators who construct the next generation
of network. The customized design meets the requirements for high-quality
products on the Japanese market. It includes a more advanced network monitoring
system, a STM-0 interface and 52MB optical line.
