AT&T providing powerful tools for VOIP service
AT&T announced today that it would provide CallVantage users with
powerful tools that may enable them to install and maintain VoIP telephone
by themseleves. From then on, all the CallVantage users can download this
software from the website of AT&T. AT&T says that it is the first
VoIP operators who provide such a service, and the purpose of such action
is to bring convenience to the users.
RightNow establishing the first data center in Europe
RightNow® Technologies, the world leading on demand CRM provider,
announced to establish the first European data center in London. Considering
the continuous growing demand in Europe, the data center will surely help
RightNow provide more local support to the customers and increase the
market share in Europe.
Now, the customers of RightNow in Europe may decide by themseleves whether
to put their servers in London or in America. No matter which place they
choose, all the data will be stored according to the confidentiality agreement
reached between America Commerce Department and European Commission to
guarantee the safety of the data. Moreover, the data center will be monitored
24h/day by 16 professional staff.
RightNow has provided more than one data center and backup center for
the customers to improve the service. It has 2 data centers (California
and New Jersey) and a back-up center (Montana).
3DTGNT building customer service center for LG Electronics (China)
To improve the service quality and gain competitive edge, LG Electronics
(China) Co., Ltd. Signeda a contract with 3DTGNT for the construction
of advanced customer service center. The whole center includes four parts
(Beijing, Shanghai, Guanghzou and H.K.), which are connected through IP.
It has about 400 positions, and upon the completion of the project, the
center will provide service to a wide area of China with the four ponts
as hubs. It will effectively improve the working efficiency and service
quality.
