GrapeCity working with OKI for the integration of Microsoft CRM and CTstage

GrapeCity Shanghai and OKI Software Technology (Jiangsu) announced together that they have reached an agreement in the field of call center. RightNow won Nucleus prize for the third time

RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW), the world leading on demand CRM provider, announced today that RightNow customer has won big prize awarded by Nucleus Research for consecutive three years, which reflects RightNow's leading position in CRM market.

The prize winner is Audiovox (NASDAQ:VOXX), who realized a ROI (return on investment) of 1989％. Due to the webpage-based self service, the flow of inbound calls and email was greatly reduced, which lead to improved working efficiency and lower cost (reduced by 2.7 million USD).
