CallThink call center helps building "96310" hotline

Beijing urban administration command center was put into operation on August 18 of 2005. it is made up of commanding system, monitoring system and "96310" hotline, and is mainly used for information sharing between the urban administration office, urban public security bureau, traffic management bureau and environment protection bureau. From now on, the users can contact the urban administration office by dialing "96310" when encounting problems such as illegal construction. The operator will record and give out orders as soon as possible.

Capital International Airport Beijing adopting Concerto solution

Unisys announced recently that it has signed a contract with Capital International Airport Beijing for the development and integration of the core operation system of the new international departure building. Concerto EnsemblePro was chosen as the customer service platform of Capital International Airport Beijing. This is another bid won by Concerto after signing contracts with China Eastern Airlines and and Jiangsu Branch of China Eastern Airlines.
