HOLLYCRM will upgrade the call center for Guangzhou Water Company

Recently, HOLLYCRM, a leader in the field of call center and CRM, signed a contract with Guangzhou Water Company to upgrade the call center with HollyC6 solutions that has independent intellectual property right. In order to improve the service quaity, Guangzhou Water Company decided to upgrade the existing customer service system. After a thorough analysis and careful selection among the solutions provided by many manufacturers, it finally chose HOLLYCRM to implement this project. This is another project undertaken by HOLLYCRM besides the construction of Beijing "96156" residential community hotline, Beijing health & disease-protection hotline and Anhui "96666" residential service center.
