InterAct constructing customer service center for Neptunus Healthy Family

The customer service center of Neptunus Healthy Family as constructed by Beijing InterAct Technology Company, Neptunus Group and Zhong Jie Fei Advertising Company was put into operation recently. The system uses Nortel Meridian1 switch for accessing, and InterAct's solution as software platform. It includes CTI platform-VOM, auto voice response system--IVR2000, digital recording system--i Recorder, call center quality management system-QM and telephone-based sales system-iAgent.
