the world
RightNow, the world leading CRM solution provider, announced recently
that the on-demand CRM solution has been used for over one billion times
all over the world. This reflects the rapid development and great success
of RightNow that is based on the effective service it provided.
263 finishing the integration of ET
After a day of testing, 263 (CapitalOnline) finished the integration of
ET, which it acquired recently, with the functions of Internet-based communications,
such as e-mail, SM and IM. From then on the company joined into the fierce
competition in the market of Internet-based communications.
OKI begun to sell "CTstage? 4i video call center"
On Oct. 12 of 2005, OKI reported the successfully commercialized CTstage?
4i video call center and started the sales of it on that very day. The
products will leave the factory in Dec. This is the first time video call
center emerging in Japan.
This product will be exhibited at the "Contact Center/CRM demo &
Conference" which is held at Sunshine City of Tokyo on Nov. 17 to18.
More over, a seminar titled "CTstage 4i CTI&IP solutions seminar
2005" will be held at the same time at which the latest information
on video call center will be available.
